Rick began his career with the CUNA Mutual Insurance Group, where he assisted Credit Unions and their members with all facets of their insurance needs. Over his 23 year tenure, Rick rose up through the ranks to the positions of Vice President of Personal Lines, and Life & Health Direct Marketing.
Founding Premier Preneed in 2001, Rick teamed with TruStage Life of Canada and quickly grew Premier as the preneed provider of choice for Independent Family Owned Funeral Establishments. For Rick and his Team, it's about meeting and exceeding client expectations everyday.
Chris Drake BA Hons

Chris joined Premier in 2011, after working briefly and becoming one of the top sellers for Moneris Solutions on the Mississauga sales team. Chris graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2012 with a BBA (BA) Honours Business Administration degree and a minor in Finance.
Chris completed the Certified Executor Advisor (CEA) program in 2019. He holds an Ontario Life Insurance License from the FSRA.
Tracy Stephens

Tracy joined Premier in 2017, as Administration Team Lead. Tracy has a strong background in project management. She strives to assists our clients’ in a timely, accurate and efficient manner through her tenacity and versatility. She is a problem solver and cares deeply about exceeding our clients expectations.
